Product Description

Flavour profile: Orange, Kiwifruit, Raspberry

This wonderful microlot comes from Gabriel Castaño at his farm La Granada in Colombia’s Huila state. This coffee was sourced from our friends at Cofinet who consistently bring us exotic varieties and excellent cups of coffee.

Once harvested (only fully ripe cherries of course) the coffee undergoes a 28 hour dry fermentation process before heading to the drying beds.  This innovative processing technique allows the resulting cup to develop complex phosphoric acidity and distinguishes it from other Colombian coffees.
