If your order is for coffee beans we’ve treated it with the utmost of care up to this point in time so will ensure it hits your grinder at its freshest and in its peak drinking time.
We ship all orders using Australia Post Express Post or Parcel Post services. Simply choose your preferred method of delivery at the checkout where estimated delivery times will be displayed.
We will pack and send orders within two business days. If you select Express Post at checkout you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 days of placing your order. If you select Standard Post at checkout you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order.
If you would like to order items to be delivered outside Australia please email us at email@example.com for a quote on shipping cost and delivery times and we will make it happen.

Returns and Warranty
Warranty service is provided within Australia and we recommend you contact us at email@example.com in the first instance. Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can be clearly determined we will offer you a refund, exchange or repair. In some instances, we may need to consult with the manufacturer or importer to determine the fault and resolution. Most faults can be easily repaired within a reasonable time frame. We will not offer a repair or replacement if the product has been damaged via misuse or abuse. Examples include but are not limited to inadequately filtered water, lime scaling, corrosion due to high chloride ion concentrations in water, operator errors, unauthorised repair work or modification and fair wear and tear. When a refund is granted, we will refund the original purchase price via the previous method of payment indicated on the receipt.
In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair for a product purchased from Black Matter Coffee Roasters, including those products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase – typically, but not always, a receipt. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us will be borne by you.
